Cancellation Policy

By making a booking with Golden Cleaning Services, registered under the trading name Golden Commercial Cleaning Services Ltd, you agree to the following terms and conditions: Introduction: These Terms and Conditions govern the agreement between Golden Commercial Cleaning Services Ltd and the Client in relation to the provision of commercial cleaning services. Services: We agree to provide cleaning services as detailed in the Service Agreement, including cleaning, dusting, washing, and sanitizing of specified areas. Payment: Fees are outlined in the Service Agreement. Payment is due within 30 days of the invoice date. Late payments may incur fees and/or suspension of services. Payments can be made via PayPal, Visa, and Mastercard. Cancellation Policy: Either party may terminate the Services with 30 days written notice. Cancellation within less than 30 days of a scheduled service may incur a fee. Non-Cancellable Plans: Domestic and Commercial plans are non-cancellable and non-refundable. Circumstances Permitting Cancellation: Sickness, Bankruptcy, or Mutual Agreement. One-Time Cleaning Service Option available. Liability: We are fully insured. Our liability is limited to the cost of our Services or the actual cost of repair or replacement, whichever is less. Access: The Client will provide access to the premises and necessary utilities for the performance of Services. Complaints & Dispute Resolution: Complaints must be reported within 24 hours of service completion. Disputes will be resolved through mediation or arbitration. Confidentiality: We are committed to protecting your privacy and will not share confidential information except as required by law or with your consent. Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Amendments: We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time.
